CB2 delivered full preconstruction services and tenant improvement construction to expand an existing 9,000 SF San Francisco childcare facility by 11,065 SF, add a new 668 SF exterior infant play area and provide alterations to the existing playground area, all while remaining in full operation. The project included full demo, new MEP systems, and new interiors to match the client's national standards. The client was pleased with CB2's ability to provide creative and effective solutions while delivering a high-quality project.
