This project consisted of construction of a single story ground-up critical facility. CB2 worked closely with the MEP consultants and architect as well as structural, civil and geo-tech engineers during preconstruction and design phase in order to establish and maintain budget and scheule. Extensive site work was required for new building pad and bio-swale run-off area. This project was completed on schedule and under budget. Building is LEED certified.
