The Chilled Water Pump Replacement Project at 77 Beale St involved retired infrastructure replacement in a 37-story high-rise in downtown San Francisco. The project included replacement of riser and central plant isolation valves and (4) chilled water pumps, all while temporarily supporting cooling for a critical data center facility.
