This project was the final phase of an overall building retrofit from constant volume to central core VAVs on each floor. On three floors of this high-rise building CB2 installed core VAV boxes and modified branch duct work above ceiling in asbestos containment procedures.   Additionally, all perimeter induction units controls valves were replaced from pneumatic to DDC valves. Further, the 15th and 16th floor were upgraded with independent 24/7 HVAC equipment separate from base building equipment to support emergency operations functions.
