CB2 delivered this tenant improvement construction, with full preconstruction services, for the recently new 19,000 SF headquarters in the historic Ford Point in Richmond, CA. The project featured the conversion of an existing warehouse into combination office and fabrication facility for this rapidly growing industrial company. The readapted space features new exposed MEP systems within exposed high-bay structure, and a mixture of open private office and meeting spaces. Overall, the client was pleased with their decision to trust CB2 for this project.
