CB2 Builders was able to design/build our own office space over the beautiful Richmond Marina. The existing shell condition was transformed to include new offices, a conference room, and kitchen area. We built a collaborative atmosphere to foster both the productivity and camaraderie of our staff. For educational purposes, we incorporated an open ceiling to showcase the MEP systems.
