This unique and highly creative design-build project features a state of the art kitchen and unisex restroom. The single premium finish unisex restroom was constructed as part of the overall design of an award-winning basement night club build-out. It entailed twenty months of working with the design team and client to develop MEP and architectural details to meet all of the stringent requirements imposed by the various San Francisco building and Fire Department agencies, as well as providing the client with VE options. Successful completion was on schedule and under budget.
