Lozano Smith, a Walnut Creek law firm, expanded their office into an adjacent suite for a combined 8,791 SF, all while remaining in place during construction. Our work was completed both during the work day and after hours. We maintained the client’s corporate look by extending the suite’s existing color palette into the expansion space, which was improved by changes to the enlarged suite’s mechanical and lighting systems and the use of more fully utilized natural lighting with minimal window treatments.
