CB2 Builders has modernized the entire 1907 brick Italianate building that is home to Music City SF. We have performed major structural, seismic, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing improvements to all five floors, including the basement. The new Music City SF now includes a full kitchen, multiple bars, concessions, six performance spaces, 11 rehearsal rooms, five music studios, three exhibit halls, ADA upgrades, and a new roof. CB2 successfully completed this renovation project, transforming Music City SF into a modern and versatile venue that better caters to various artistic and cultural activities.
